Depending of the content (weight and dimensions) of the order, shipping costs may vary. Fixed Shipping (in Japan): Up to 500g would be ¥430 per package. 550g〜5000g is ¥1100 per package. 5kg〜10kg is ¥2200 per box and from 10kg〜 it would be ¥4400 per box. |
Exchanges & Returns Policy |
＜Returns and exchanges requested by customers＞ Items before shipping: You can cancel your order by pressing the cancel button on the website. However, in case of customized or order-made products, a fee may be deducted from the total to be refund if its manufacture was already in process. Items after shipping: Unopened/unused items can be refunded or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value only if you contact the customer support center (mail@tsubasabudogu.com) within 10 days of the arrival of the item. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items after opening or using. ＜Returns and exchanges for defective goods and services＞ Please contact the customer support center (mail@tsubasabudogu.com). We will refund or exchange with new products at our shipping cost, after analyzing the situation and issues with the product itself. |

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Products should be received within 14 days if are available as soon as you place your order. Be aware that order-made products may take up to 3 months to be completely done. |
